But if you already have an in-house analyst then please do share distil.ai with them as we have many more advanced tools as well as support to help you take your data driven capabilities even further.
No. Distil AI: Business Analytics uses Shopify APIs to extract and analyse your store data. The shopping experience is not modified in any way, installation of Distil AI: Business Analytics will have zero impact on the performance of your store (appart from helping you use your data to become more profitable of course!).
Optionally, you are able to extend the analytics provided by installation of our Engagement Javascript tracking code. This code has been designed to be fast and efficient, does not place any images or text on your pages and will not impact the performance of your store with the possible exception of a negligible load delay for the very first page-load after you have added the tracking code.
All the data you connect in Distil AI: Business Analytics is encrypted and stored within our private network within the Microsoft Azure secure cloud infrastructure. Distil is fully GDPR-compliant.

Yes you can uninstall Distil AI: Business Analytics from your Shopify store anytime. This will disconnect your store and all data, including that used to build up historical forecasts will be removed from the Distil AI: Business Analytics platform.
Absolutely! Even though Distil AI: Business Analytics is free, we still look after you. Once signed up you have a dedicated customer success manager with whom you can book a call anytime. The link to their calendar will be available to you from within the App.
