Customer Search

On any Distil screen clicking on the Screenshot_2021-10-13_at_15.50.29.png icon in the top right corner will open the Customer Search tool. Start typing a user’s name or email address and a list of matching Customer records will be shown. Clicking on one of these will open the Customer Profile panel for that Customer from where the full details that Distil holds for that customer can be viewed.
