The Manage Invites panel shows all invitations that have been created for new users to join the Distil account. A list of users is displayed with their Name, Role, Email, Invite/Accepted Dates and Accepted status. A search bar at the top allows Users to be found and sorted by name.
A new user can be invited by selecting the red + in the top right corner of the panel. The user’s Name, Email and required Role are inputted into the form and clicking Send Invite will email an invitation to the email address provided. The invited user can then click on the link in the email to create a password and log in to the Distil account. A user invitation will expire after 24 hours, so a new invitation will need to be created if the user has not accepted an invite within this period.
